If you’re looking for a Christmas present with a difference (and which will make a difference) then look no further!
The Belvoir Un-Valed 2025 calendar captures the stunning beauty of the Vale of Belvoir with a playful twist! Featuring members of The Vale of Belvoir Cycle Club, The Cropwell Cricket Club and Bingham Netball Club, these brave models have all posed for the Calendar Girls-style calendar in order to raise awareness of breast and prostate cancer symptoms.
The calendar has been compiled for free by a local designer and has been sponsored by a variety of local cafes, pubs and businesses to help 100% of the profits go directly to two worthy charities – Breast Cancer Now and Prostate Cancer UK. In addition, leaflets about breast and prostate cancer symptoms are included with each calendar because a key aim of the project is to remind everyone that cancer happens to us, not just the person next door, and that there is nothing more important than being checked promptly.
The A4 calendar is £15 and is being sold at local Christmas markets and fairs, as well as online at www.unvaled.co.uk.
Copies will be available from 1st November and will be posted out after this date.
