‘Blood, sweat, and tears have gone into creating this restaurant. I built it with my bare hands,’ says Paul. ‘It’s been my dream come true and something I just had to do. My heart and soul have gone into Hemisphere, and I’m honoured by my family’s support and the incredible feedback from our guests.’
From vibrant Pacific Rim-inspired dishes to exquisite cocktails, Hemisphere is redefining dining. By day, indulge in soufflé pancakes with matcha custard or savoury steak hash with truffle salad.
