‘Blood, sweat, and tears have gone into creating this restaurant. I built it with my bare hands,’ says Paul. ‘It’s been my dream come true and something I just had to do. My heart and soul have gone into Hemisphere, and I’m honoured by my family’s support and the incredible feedback from our guests.’
From vibrant Pacific Rim-inspired dishes to exquisite cocktails, Hemisphere is redefining dining. By day, indulge in soufflé pancakes with matcha custard or savoury steak hash with truffle salad. At lunch, enjoy two Arvo bites with a side for just £21. Evenings transform into a cosy, intimate experience, offering signature Asian-style tapas like lobster jungle curry and miso-glazed black cod.
