Have you ever honoured your own energy? Maybe you take time out at the gym, do all the therapy, the counselling, the family time and have all the fun with the children. On top of that, maybe you run a home, work so hard in a business, job or run a company too.

You have it all
Yet you still feel an underlying pressure to show up for everything and everyone. And the impact of this internal worry in our system is stressful. It shows up as sleepless nights, snappy moments, consistent headaches, colds, changes to eating patterns and skin issues.

Welcome to hidden psychological stress
Stress hidden under the words ‘I’m fine’ Yet in the days of positive vibes, affirmations, yoga classes, mindfulness and many other spiritual wellness, we are suffering mentally, emotionally, spiritually and even physically more than ever.

Why?
Many of us are ignoring what is important – ourselves and our energy – whether invisible or physical, resulting in us desiring more time, space and energy even though we have it all.

This is something we can feel into but first we have to slow down and ask ourselves:-

Am I doing this because I really want to or because I have to?

We no longer have to wear the ‘stressed-out and burned-out’ t-shirt with pride. Yes, I make it sound so easy and for some parts it is, in other ways it isn’t.
Here’s a simple self-love hack to help you RESET your body and life, and even help with clear decision making. True change comes with aligned action.

This exercise is to consult your future self, the person you are becoming. By the way, the body is a POWER tool and magnet for where you need to be and go.

Meditation on purpose
Write an intention – higher self, shine a light on (your burning question)
Locate where this stress attached to the question is in your body (just sense it)
Set a timer for 10 minutes
Close your eyes and sit in silence
Afterwards, write what you saw, heard, or sensed

Feel any emotions? This is perfectly normal. Is it time to find your energy and experience the freedom you always wanted?
